People often ask me why I work so hard, when is enough, enough. They wonder about my motives and whether I chase the money. I have been thinking about this a lot and for a long time. And, my best answer is that I do what I do for a bigger purpose. There is much to be said about doing something with a higher purpose. Musicians make music to move people. Teachers help people learn and grow. Doctors help people to stay healthy.
I want my work to reflect who I am. Hard work goes into being in this business, and that’s who I am, and who I want to be. I have found what my passion is, and this is what I am supposed to be doing. I strive to motivate people through my work, and ultimately aim to have a positive impact on the people who surround me. It is a movement, and it is very contagious. I want to share this enthusiasm and drive with the world. That’s all. It’s not about the money. It’s not about my ego, but all about hard work, discipline, and being driven to contribute to society.
I am what I am, and it is what is. Everyone will always have an opinion of you but if you’ve ever been around me you know my words to be true; and, when it’s all said and done that’s how I always want to be remembered.
Driven, hopeful, and positive. That’s the company you will deal with if you work with Strive Construction.
We hold these words above us all!
